The situation is great! The Vaporettto station is only a few minutes walk away, otherwise it is very quiet and not crowded. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, our room had some shortcomings: the air conditioning could not be switched off because the display was broken, and since it was set to 22 ° C, it became quite uncomfortable, especially at night (unfortunately we could not open windows because of the Gelsen). The TV didn't work either, which wasn't a problem for us, but overall it shouldn't be at the price. The canal smell in the bathroom was also a bit annoying. We were also a little disappointed with the breakfast, unfortunately the plates and cutlery were dirty (you had to search to find reasonably clean dishes). From the selection you can not complain, there was really something for everyone.
